Storage Network

A storage network system that allows automated item transfer_ between bases, maybe with a request system__ where a physical carrier drone (maybe skims across the surface of the water like a jetski and then flies up/dives down to the base) has to travel over a period of time to and from bases. You can build a Delivery Dock on the wall that sticks out with a docking port (amount upgradeable) with a terminal on the inside. The left screen shows current requests,the centre screen allows requesting, the right screen shows available resources, the storage bin below allows delivery access, and the panel above gives upgrade slots. You have to build it on an unobstructed wall and it only has the delivery and upgrade slots, and you scan and craft the screens, antennae (increases range by ~25%), and standard upgrades (increase storage space, max docking ports etc).
