Battery Charging Biomod

I know you probably plan to bring swimcharge fins back in Subnautica 2 but I think it could be really interesting to have a discoverable biomod that charges held items while swimming. Obviously it would take up a passive slot but I think it would be cool to make some cool items into really interesting biomods, and not to mention, a cool creature you gotta scan to get it
