Oxygen Bubblers

I really like the idea that the Axum have oxygen bubblers up around their structures when its powered, but i would LOVE the ability to be able to scan and craft these, i know theres a portable oxygen generator but im thinking something where you can build a small outdoor patio type space an area with bubblers to breathe if its somewhere deep down. I WANT TO BREATHE THE FREEDOM
