Make Trident build able after you repair it

As of now in the leaks the trident is going to be findable on the map and you have to repair it. Which is all cool and all except if we are only able to have one if we lose it its gone forever and we arent able to have a fleet of them. Therefore after we complete the repairing of the trident we should unlock the ability to build more so we still repair our first one but are able to still mass produce them.
