Lacking sense of dread

I feel that outside of The Collector area you’re never really on edge in any given biome, which makes gameplay feel less exciting. While there should be “safe” biomes, the alien area especially feels like it should be significantly more dangerous.

Although there are multiple ways to solve it, personally I would love to see a leviathan of incredible size introduced similarly to a Gargantuan. With this leviathan being slow but have a massive patrol range it could swim through, so you would always feel that small chance of encountering it in the back of your mind.
