Add Repair Ability to the Moonpool

~ As the tile implies, I think since this game takes place long after Below Zero, that the Tadpole should be repaired as well as recharged while in the Moonpool.

Since we had that feature for the Sea Truck already, omitting it in this game feels like we’re taking a huge step backwards from a technological viewpoint!
