a new vehicle

a LARGE vehicle, that can be used as a mobile base, full time, thats sorta like the cyclops but it can semi go out of water and you can build on the outside, i think itll be cool af to use, but i HOPE this gets implemented, idk what to call it, but still, uhhhhhh bye :3
