Dynamic Weather

Add thunderstorms and tropical storms and stuff like that, since the Hycean’s entry says they go below water in thunderstorms, so it would make sense that there is some type of weather that does that. Plus, it feel very predictable right now, like I know when it’s day or night, but if there’s a thunderstorm, and I was underwater for a while and it still dark when it should be day time, I think that would be really cool to make it less predictable in general. And maybe have specific types of storms that vary on the area and time of day that it happens.

We need weather that effects below as well. Like hail that can damage the base / lightning storms that take out power or can disrupt it. Very rare cold storms as there is a real life event where a icicle slowly goes down till it touches ocean bed then instantly freezes everything around it.
