All NoA Logs Available on Base NoA

The base NoA connects to the new NoAs you discover; however, the logs don’t transfer to it. It can be bothersome to go back to wrecks you’ve already been to just to get to listen to the location-specific logs. Maybe NoA could ask, “Do you want to transfer these logs to the NoA in your base?” They could then be separated into “folders” labeled with the location’s name, or something similar, to make it clear which ones came from which NoA.
