Please remove the refund base option for non hosts in multiplayer

when in multiplayer anyone in your server can hit refund base including your friends who think its funny to revert 10 hours of base building so please only allow the host to do this as it is a good feature it just should not be for anyone in the server

I think the Base Refund feature is a great addition, but it should have some restrictions in multiplayer servers. Right now, any player with access could potentially refund a base, which could undo hours of work if someone decides to troll or makes a mistake.

Imagine spending 10+ hours building a base with friends, only for someone to hit the refund button and instantly revert all that progress. To prevent this, I think only the server host—or players specifically granted permission by the host—should be able to use the Base Refund feature.

This would keep the feature useful for fixing building mistakes while also protecting players from griefing and accidental refunds. A simple permission setting could go a long way toward making multiplayer building much safer.
