Surge Jelly inconsistent

The Surge Jelly databank entry says that the voltage it generates is enough to kill a human. However, the assessment then says it’s “minor danger,” and indeed, they do almost no damage in-game. I feel like this inconsistency should be fixed by actually making it dangerous. Lean into the dangerous world and reprinting concept, make even early-game creatures like this very dangerous.
